Delivery and payment

Delivery

Depending on the country you select (when selecting the delivery method), we offer number of shipping options to each country. In case your country is not listed, we are currently not delivering to your country (all EU countries are included).

Due to operational problems, we have currently stopped delivering to Ireland and Netherlands. We plan to launch these countries when we find a new provider.

All our items visible at our site are in stock, physically present at our premises in the Czech Republic. We ship usually within 1-2 business days (in pre-Christmas season, it may take a bit longer).

We deliver only to countries within European Union. In case of special overseas territories / and or islands, we might not be able to ship to such territory. Please consult with us before making an order.

Payment

Currently, we offer these payment methods:

credit / debit cards - we are notified instantly about your payment and we can ship immediately.
bank transfer - the payment is usually credited the next business day. We ship upon receiving the payment. Make sure you are sending us a SEPA transfer. The account holder is Web4Games, s.r.o.
